Flex Plus gives you a 24-month code expiration plus the exchange privilege, for $2.00 per code — on any Contributor Rewards product.

Flex Plus is available at time of purchase only and is not available on previously purchased batches. Codes purchased through September 30 receive Flex Plus status automatically at no charge — see below.

Can I add Flex Plus after I've already placed an order?

No. Flex Plus is available at time of purchase only.

Does the exchange privilege apply to the Flex Plus fee itself?

No. Exchange credit is based on the full dollar value originally paid for the unused codes, not including the Flex Plus fee.

What if my codes expire before I've distributed them all, and I don't have Flex Plus?

You can request a free 6-month extension on any batch, whether already purchased or ordered in the future. After that, you may add one — and only one — paid extension: an additional 6 months for $75, or an additional 12 months for $100. After that second extension, the batch can't be extended again.

Is Flex Plus required on every order?

No, it's entirely optional.

How do I get Flex Plus for free?

Any codes purchased between now and September 30 automatically receive Flex Plus status at no charge. Starting October 1, it returns to a $2.00-per-code add-on.
